You can apply the keywords to one or more groups. Requests from the computers in the
groups for which keyword blocking has been enabled are blocked. Blocking does not
occur for the computers that are in the groups for which keyword blocking has not been
enabled.
You can bypass keyword blocking for trusted domains by adding the exact matching
domain to the list of trusted domains. Access to the domains or keywords on this list by
computers, even those in the groups for which keyword blocking has been enabled, are
still allowed without any blocking.
Keyword application examples:
If the keyword XXX is specified, the URL www.zzyyqq.com/xxx.html is blocked, as is
the newsgroup alt.pictures.XXX.
If the keyword .com is specified, only websites with other domain suffixes (such
as .edu or .gov) can be viewed.
If a period (.) is specified as the keyword, all Internet browsing access is blocked.

Enable and Configure Content Filtering

To enable and configure content filtering:
1.
Select Security > Content Filtering. The Block Sites screen displays (see the following
figure).
2.
In the Content Filtering section, select the Yes radio button to enable content filtering.
3.
Click Apply to activate the screen controls. The check boxes and fields that were masked
out become available for configuration.
