Canceling Jobs

You can cancel jobs by pressing the [Stop] key.

During scanning, the job can be canceled by pressing the [Stop] key or [Cancel].

Press the [Stop] key with the copy screen displayed.

The [Job Cancel List] menu appears. The current print job is temporarily interrupted.

Cancel jobs.

Press the [▲] or [▼] key to select [Cancel Print Job] and press the [OK] key.

Job Cancel List:

Cancel Print Job

Cancel Send Job

Cancel Store Job

Press the [▲] or [▼] key to select the job to cancel, and press [Menu].

Cancel Print Job:

Press the [▲] or [▼] key to select [Cancel Job], and press the [OK] key.

Select [Detail] and press the [OK] key to show the detailed information of the job.

Press [Yes] in the confirmation screen.

The job is canceled.
