When Faxing Is Not Performed Correctly

Faxes Cannot Be Sent

Symptom
The document cannot be scanned.
The document was scanned at an
angle.
The fax received by the recipient is
not clear.
The fax received by the recipient is
blank.
Faxes cannot be sent
automatically.

Possible Cause
The document is too thick.
The document is too thin or too
small.
The Original Glass is dirty.
The document is not positioned
correctly.
