Height of radar scanner
When the height of own ship's antenna is 10m, for example,
a) When the radar line-of-sight range is 64nm, the height of a target to be observed on the radar screen have
to be 660m or more.
b) When the height of a target is 10m, the radar line-of-sight range is 15nm. But the maximum radar range
varies with size of target and weather condition, and the range may increase or decrease.
