Function • Specifies whether to access PageScope Web Connection and to use the IPP proto-
col or not.
Use • To specify whether to use IPP and access PageScope Web Connection.
Setting • The machine must be restarted after the setting has been changed.
/procedure • The default setting is ON.

Function • Specifies whether to use the SNMP protocol or not.
Use • To specify whether to use SNMP.
Setting • The machine must be restarted after the setting has been changed.
/procedure • The default setting is ON.

FORCED MODES

Function • Sets the network speed, duplex mode, and negotiation of the printer if it is connected
to the network via a network hub.
Use • To set the printer's network speed, duplex mode, and negotiation.
• The default setting of "AUTO/AUTO/ON" usually presents no problem. If special set-
tings are made for a network hub in the printer setup environment, however, the set-
tings must be changed to match those on the network side.

Duplex mode (DUP): AUTO, Full-duplex mode, Half-duplex mode
