[2] Memory test
Use the following procedure to perform a memory test.
1.
Select "2: MEMORY" at the TEST menu and th
k ey.
The screen displ ays as shown on the right, and the BHT reads and writes
d ata to and from all areas of the RAM and performs an address check.
"X XXXX": Tested RAM capacity (unit: kilobytes)
"Y YYYY": Total RAM c
If any error is detected, the BHT beeps three times, displays a message
similar to that shown on the right, and
"ZZZZZZZZ": Address where the
"AAAAAAAA": Data to write
"BBBBBBBB": Data read out the R
Press the Backspace/clear key to return to the TEST menu.
Upon nor mal compl etion of the RAM test, the BHT beeps once, displays a
message similar to that shown o
menu.
