The top half of the Avaya 3900 tool main window is used to reserve the Expecs for load
operations, to transfer Avaya 3900 firmware loads to Expecs, and to select Avaya 3900 Digital
Deskphones for downloading. Expecs must be added to the Expec list using the Add Expecs
button. This reserves the Expecs for use by the current user of the tool.
