Setting box for confidential polling

Up to 10 boxes can be set for confidential polling. By using [FAX ENTRY
CONTROL] or [FAX OUTPUT CONTROL] it can be established whether
or not a password is needed to save a document in a box or to print it out.
1 Press [UTILITY].
2 Press the [REG.] tab and
[BULTN.].
3 Select a box.
4 Press [F CODE].
Enter the F code (up to 20

characters) using the numeric
keypad and press [ENTER].
