Entering your Company Name (Header)

You can either enter your company name, your name or both. Up to 40
characters can be entered. The name appears in the header of the
received document.
Refer to Section 3.3 for instructions on how to make the entry.
1 Press [UTILITY].
2 Press the [MAINT.] tab and
[ADMINIST.].
❍ If necessary, enter the
administrator number.
3 Press [INITIAL SETTING] in the
administrator management
display.
4 Press [ID].
5 Enter your telephone number and
your name and press [ENTER]
until the standard display
appears.
