Setting Up Users in Administrator Mode

The administrator can enter the following entries for the user. The settings
are optional, i.e. the administrator can only allocate user numbers and the
employees can save their personnel settings (see section 3.6). Up to 100
users can be registered.

G Access number
G User number
G User recognition, e.g. department number
G F code (mailbox number)
G F code password (mailbox password)

Fax entry control. This function is used to set mailbox entries which
can only be opened using a password.

Maximum number of copies.
Press [UTILITY].

[ADMINIST.].

administrator number.
