Set the reduction factor

This function is used to set the reduction factor for receiving documents
which are too long, if the reduction function was selected.

Press [UTILITY].
2 Press the [MAINT.] and
[ADMINIST.] tabs.
3 Press [RX SETTING].
4 Press the [LONGDOC] and [REDUCTION] tabs.
Select the required setting and

continue pressing [ENTER] until
the standard display appears.
