Reduction

This function is used to determine whether non-standard sized documents
should be cut or reduced in size.

Press [UTILITY].
2 Press the [MAINT.] and
[ADMINIST.] tabs.
3 Press [RX SETTING].
4 Press the [LONGDOC] and
[LONG DOCUMENT] tabs.
Select the required setting and

continue pressing [ENTER] until
the standard display appears.
