Mailbox Reception

This function is used to receive a document in a mailbox. This is helpful,
if only a specific person should be reading the message. However, both
machines must be of the same type.
1 Press [ACTIVITY LIST].
2 Press [BOX].
3 Select the required document
using the arrow keys and press
[PRINT] to print the document,
[DEL.] to delete the document or
[FORWARD] to bypass the
document.
4 Press [ENTER].
