File margin

You can automatically create a file margin on your copies. You can either
select a left file margin or a file margin along the top.
1
Place the document in the document feeder and press [COPY] on
the control panel.
2 Press the [AUXILIARY] and [FILE
MARGIN] tabs.
3 Select the margin position using
the arrow keys.
4 Select the margin width using the
arrow keys and press [START].
