Administrator Settings

The following settings can be determined in Administrator mode :
G Transmission report : you have the choice of either printing a report
after each transmission (ON), or only printing a report if an error has
occurred and if OFF
G Printing a copy of the document transmitted with each status report
G Automatically printing a journal after 50 transmissions
G Memory loss report : This report is printed if stored documents are
deleted due to power failure, etc.
1 Press [UTILITY].
2 Press the [MAINT.] and
[ADMINIST.] tabs.
3 Press [REPORT SET] in the
Administrator Management
display.
4 Select the required report and
follow the instructions on the
display. Confirm your entry by
pressing [ENTER].
