Setting Reduction RX

This function enables you to determine what will happen if the incoming
document is longer than your fax paper. 3 settings are available.
ON: The fax machine reduces the size of the image so that it can be print-
ed on A4 paper.
OFF: The fax machine will not reduce the received document but print the
rest of the image on a second page.
CUT: The fax machine cuts off the rest of the image if the length does not
exceed 10 mm. Where the length does exceed 10 mm, it will continue
printing on a second page.
1 Press [FAX] on the control panel.
2 Press [UTILITY] and then 4 x [SPACE].
3 Press [4] on the numeric keypad,
select the required setting using
the arrow keys and press [YES].
4 Press [NO] to return to standby
mode.
