Ensure that the proper protocols and Networking functions have been
enabled in your PC before beginning the installation of the printer. If you
are unsure of what protocols and Networking functions need to be
installed for printing on a Windows network, consult Windows Help.
When configuring for LPD, first set the IP address of the printer, and
then select LPD Settings from the Network Configuration menu.
Description
Enables or disables LPD.
Enables or disables default queue.
Changes the default queue name.
Enables or disables a print queue that can use a text
filter.
Changes the text queue name.
Enables or disables the addition of CR to LF and
FF to the end of a print job.
