Setting Device Options
Switching Color Mode
To print using only black toner, select the monochrome setting. To
enable the color printing capabilities of the printer, use the Color Mode
setting.
Enabling PS Color Matching
You can adjust colors to match the color of the printed image to the
colors displayed on your screen. Presentations prints with pure bright
colors. Photographs performs a "perceptual" color match — adjusting
the colors of the image to the printer's range of colors to preserve the
overall appearance an and relative color values of the image. Screen
match is the default setting.
Chapter 5 Changing Print Defaults
1. From the Printer Properties
window, click the Device
Options tab.
2. Under Printer features, select
Color Mode.
3. In the Change setting for list,
select Color or Monochrome.
4. Click OK.
