Loading Media
When loading paper or transparencies into your printer, do not load too
much and make sure that the media is all the same size. Loading beyond
the specified capacity will cause paper jams.

Chapter 4 Operating Your Printer
1. With both hands, gently lift and
pull the paper tray out of the
printer.
2. Remove the tray cover (T8406
only).
3. Using the green grips, adjust the
lateral and end paper retainers
according to the paper size.
4. Place the paper in the paper tray
with the printing surface facing
up. Make sure that the paper
does not exceed the limit marked
on the inside of the green grips.
5.
Set the tray cover on the tray
(T8406 only).
