Use Page Layout to compress two, four, six, nine or sixteen pages of
your document onto a single page..

Switching Color Mode
Use the Monochrome setting to print using only black toner. Use Color
Mode to enable the color printing capabilities of the printer.

Chapter 5 Changing Print Defaults
1. From the Document Defaults
window in Windows NT or the
Printer Properties window in
Windows 2000, click the
Device Settings tab.
2. Under Document Options,
click Page Layout (N-up)
Option.
3. In the Change 'Page Layout
(N-up) Option' Setting list,
select the desired page layout.
4. Click OK.
Nine-up
Sixteen-up
1. From the Document Defaults
window in Windows NT or the
Printer Properties window in
Windows 2000, click the
Device Settings tab.
2. Under Document Options,
select Printer Features.
3. Click Color Mode.
4. In the Change 'Color Mode'
Setting list, select Color or
Monochrome.
5. Click OK.
