Answering Calls

To send an LCD message to a caller who has initiated a SOHVA call

from an LCD speakerphone,

1. hear the SOHVA voice announcement,

2. press the appropriate fixed Response Message button to send a

preselected message (I Will Call Back, for example) to the call-

ing telephone,

or,–

while still on the call, press the scrolling Response

Message button to scroll through the system-supplied mes-

sages,

3. press # when your display shows the message you wish to send

(the message will then be displayed at the calling LCD speaker-

phone and the SOHVA call will be terminated).
