B. Configure Email Service
The Scan-to-Email service allows the MFD user to scan a hardcopy document for transmission
to one or more email addresses.
To configure the Scan-to-Email service, proceed as follows:
1. From the Manage Services
Email Configuration Screen

change size of
window, if needed.

Email can act as a
Notification service when
you specify an email
address to receive notifica-
tion regarding job status.
Important: For this service
to work, you must select the
Notify check box for the
Email service inside the
project screen.
