show controllers cable-modem crypto des Field Descriptions
Description
Displays a table showing the downstream DES keys.
Displays a table showing the downstream DES Cipher Block Chaining
(CBC) mode information.
Displays a table showing the SID values to be enabled for DES encryption.
Identifies which SID entries in the SID table are enabled for encryption. In
the above example, none of the entries are enabled for encryption.
Control register that identifies the operating mode of the downstream DES
engine.
Displays the DES security version register; the range of the version field in
the Baseline Privacy Interface (BPI) extended headers that will be accepted
by the hardware. High byte is upper limit, low byte is lower limit. The router
will accept versions 0 to 15.
Specifies the number of bytes that will be unencrypted at the beginning of
the MAC frame. 0x0C means the first 12 bytes are not encrypted, which is
what the DOCSIS Baseline Privacy specification calls for.
Displays a table showing upstream DES keys.
Displays a table of upstream DES CBC mode information.
Control register that controls the operating mode of the upstream DES
engine. The value 0x24 means that the upstream is configured to enable
decryption and to use CBC mode.
Description
Displays high-level controller information about the cable interface.
Displays information about the baseline privacy key management
exchange between the cable interface and the CMTS.
Displays the registers in the MAC hardware that are used for
filtering received frames.
