In order to restore the connection to the local area network/internet, you
will have to disable the network attacks protection. In order to do it,

Open main application window of Kaspersky Anti-Virus and switch
to the Settings tab (see Figure 3).

Using the
Protection dialog box and switch to the Network tab (see Figure
24).

Uncheck the Enable real-time protection against network
attacks box and press the OK button.
In order to apply settings you have configured you have to restart your
computer. In order to do this press the Yes button. If you wish to
restart your computer later, press the No button.
Question: After Kaspersky Anti-Virus was installed, my operating sys-
tem started behaving strangely (blue screen, computer restarting re-
peatedly, etc.) What should I do?
This situation, although rare, is possible if there is a conflict between
Kaspersky Anti-Virus and other software installed on your computer. In
order to restore the functionality of your operating system:
1.
As your computer starts loading press the F8 key until the
operating system loading options are displayed on your screen.
2.
Select the Safe mode item and load the operating system.
3.
Start Kaspersky Anti-Virus.
4.
In the main application window switch to the Settings tab and
press the

Security tab (see Figure 61) and uncheck the Launch Kaspersky
Anti-Virus at the system startup box. Press the OK button.
