APPLICATION FROM THE
COMMAND LINE
Kaspersky Anti-Virus can be managed from the command line using the
kavshell.exe utility included into the distribution package. After Kaspersky Anti-
Virus installation this utility is located in the application installation root folder.
When you start this utility from the command line, depending on the commands
used, the following functions will be available:
SCAN
FULLSCAN
UPDATE
ROLLBACK
RTP
START
STOP
TASK
IMPORT
EXPORT
ADDKEY
Scan of selected objects
Full computer scan
Updating anti-virus database and application modules
Rollback of the last anti-virus database update
Managing the real-time computer protection mode
Starting Kaspersky Anti-Virus
Stopping Kaspersky Anti-Virus
Managing Kaspersky Anti-Virus tasks
Importing Kaspersky Anti-Virus settings from a file
Exporting Kaspersky Anti-Virus settings to a file
Adding a license key
