Troubleshooting Phaser 750 Printers
The print is extremely light with a washed out look
I The solution is one of the following:
If using the Multi-Purpose Tray, make sure you have selected the correct media
I
type at the front panel prompt.
Use the Calibrate for paper from the printer's Help Menu.

Remove and reinsert the Main Charge Grid.
I
Replace the Main Charge Grid.
I
Replace the Imaging Unit.
I
Replace the Transfer Kit.
I
The entire page prints in black, including the borders
The solution is one of the following:
I Re-insert the Main Charge Grid.
I Replace the Main Charge Grid.
I Replace the Imaging Unit.
Toner spots appear on the back of the media
I Replace the Transfer Kit.
The page prints in black in the image area only (the borders are white)
I Turn the printer off and back on again.
