a Une group is reached with
a priority
assignment
lower than the station's
LCR Class
of Service assignment.
When
a IJne is available
the system will seize
that
line and watt for dial tone.
Then before
dialing,
the system
checks the Insert/Delete
table for digits that should
be deleted from the
front
of the number
or digits that should
be
inserted
either
before
or after the number
di-
aled.
Finally
the system
begins
to dial the
number
out over the selected
line.
All of this

and
manipulation
of the number
takes only a fiactton
of a second fi-om the ttme
the station
user beglns to d&l until the number
is dialed out over the public
network
Unes.
If no ltnes are available
in any of the CO line
groups
programmed
for that route and allowed
to that
station,
the call can be automatically
queued
on to the first choice (least costly) line
group.
If the user waits
three seconds
after
dialing the number,
they will hear confirmation
tone which
indicates
that
an automatfc
LCR
Queue Callback
has been activated
on the first
choice
line group.
When
a CO line becomes
available
in the
f3.rst choice
Iine group
the
system
will
ring
the
calling
station.
When
answered
by the station
the system will auto-
matically
seize the Une and redial the number.
