list entry dial the three-

(000- 199) and press the
HOLD
button.
To scroll through
the l&t press either flex but-
ton 10 to scroll up (next entry) or flex button
11 to scroll backwards
(previous
entry).
To enter the Intercom
number
or system speed
dial bin to be associated
to the name:
a. Press FLEX BUITON
1 (BIN/ICM)
b. Then
enter
either
a three digit station
in-
tercom
number
[ 100- 195)
or
Dial a three-digit
System speed dial num-
ber (020-099).
c. Press the HOLD button
to save the entry.
Confirmation
tone will be heard
and the
display
wtll update.

Description
Station
users
with
Executive
Display
tele-
phones
may view a list, of up to 200 names,
from the system directory
on the stations
LCD
display,
then automatically
dial the statlon
or
speed dial bin by pressing
a single key. Names
placed in the directory
list may be associated
to Intercom
Numbers
or System
Speed
dial
bins.
Users may view the directory
list begin-
nlng with any letter of the alphabet
then scroll
through
the Iist either forward
or backwards.
When
the desired
name
is d&played
on the
LCD display
pressing
the Speed Call button
will automatically
place a call to that destina-
tion.
Directory
dialing
may also be used to
transfer
a call from one station
to another.
The
Directory
Dialing
list may be programmed
and
maintained
a.t the first assigned
attendant
sta-
tion in one of two ways, however
this admin
rouUne
provides
a
means
for the directory
list
to be maintained
by the system
programmer
either
locally (at station
100) or remotely
via
modem
access.
BlN/ICM
- Each entxy in the directory
dialing
l&t must be associated
to either a system speed
dial bin (for calling a destination
outside
of the
system)
or to an intercom
station
(for calling
internal
station
including
CO line transfers).
