Description
This feature
allows
each CO line to be pro-
grammed
to allow conferencing
capabilities
on
that CO he.
Only stations
that
have Conference
enabled
will be able to initiate
a conference
on a CO line
with conference
enabled.
The Conference
mark on the CO line will govern
a DISA callers ability
to access other
outside
lines.
CO lines must have conference
enabled
to allow a trunk-to-trunk
DISA call.
Conference
is enabled
for all CO lines in de-
fault.

Description
If desired,
the system
can be programmed
to
eliminate
CO Line privacy,
allowing
another
station
to join in on txisttng
outside
line con-
versations.
Stations
must
have a direct
CO line appear-
ance to join CO line conversations
in
progress.
A station
must
also have Privacy disabled
be-
fore the system will allow that station
to enter
into an existing
conversation.
Both parties will hear an alert tone just prior
to a statlon joining
the call.
When privacy is disabled,
only one other
sta-
