▶ DCPMM module size (GB) is marked in red.
▶ DDR4 module size (GB) is marked in white.
▶ All mode AD (App Direct Mode, 1LM) or MM (Memory Mode, 2LM) is
possible.
▶ 1LM: only AD (App Direct Mode) is possible.
▶ If the ratio DDR4:DCPMM < 4.0 or DDR4:DCPMM > 16.0 only App Direct
Mode (1LM, AD) will be released.
▶ Check, if the configuration is already released.

Installing memory modules

CAUTION
Use only released configurations to ensure a faultless operation of
the system.
Before changing the memory configuration, verify if the
configuration is released.
Please contact your sales outlet or our customer service center.
For more information on configurations of NVM/LRDIMMs and
DDR4 DIMMs, see chapter
Only for NVM/LRDIMMs:
Check if the NVM/LRDIMM firmware is released for your BIOS
version.
The released combinations of the firmware and the BIOS version are
available from the Fujitsu support internet pages at:
https://ts.fujitsu.com/support/.
▶ Select your PRIMERGY system and open the BIOS tab. In the BIOS tab you
can find the released combinations of the NVM/LRDIMM firmware and the
BIOS version in the BIOS release note.
If the combination is not released, then you can decide to update the BIOS
or to flash the firmware on the NVM/LRDIMM module.
