Overwrite old
If this option is set to 'On' with the left softkey, then the oldest messages is overwritten if the
maximum number of messages is reached. The maximum number of messages that can be stored in
drafts, inbox, and sent messages is 250. If the number of 250 messages is exceeded, and the option is
set to 'Off' then no new messages can be received before deleting some old messages manually.
Sent Messages
If this function is set to 'On' then the sent messages will be saved, whereas the sent messages will not
be saved if it is set to 'Off'.
Display
This function controls if the content of new messages are displayed in idle when they are received, or
if it is just displayed that a new message has been received. Below, it is displayed how the two settings
are displayed in idle when a new message is received.

6.7 Alarms

NOTE: Alarms are not supported in the ShoreTel Multi-Cell DECT System.
The "Alarm" menu is entered through the menu by pressing the activity menu key in idle.
This feature allows that alarms can be set on the handset to occur at a specific time.
