Piston and/or seal and spacer kit replacement

1. Remove the power head, see Power head and/or motor replacement [
2. Using pliers, remove the piston (6).
Caution - material
Risk of damage on piston due to wrench use !
Usind a wrench on piston rod coating will cause leakages.
3. Using the puller, remove the end spacer (3).
4. Using a small hook, remove a seal (4).
5. Using the puller, remove a spacer (3).
6. Repeat the two previous steps for all the seals and spacers.
7. Lubricate each new seals (4).
8. Put back a seal (4) using the stuffer.
9. Put back a spacer (3) using the stuffer.
10. Repeat the two previous steps for all the seals and spacers.
11. Put back the end spacer (3) using the stuffer.
12. Lubricate the piston o-ring (5).
13. Put back the piston (6).
14. Rebuild the power head, see Power head and/or motor replacement [
Caution - material
Risk of damage due to wrong lubricant use !
Do not use petroleum-based lubricants such as vaseline, oils, or hydrocarbon-based
lubricants.
Use only approved silicone grease or soapy water !
