Opening your mailbox

After you initialize your mailbox you can open it from:
• your own extension
• another extension
• an outside tone dial telephone
To open an initialized mailbox
Note: To make logging on quicker, you can program the CallPilot Messaging access
number to a speed dial button on your telephone. Refer to your telephone user card for
how to do this.
1 Dial the CallPilot Messaging access number, then enter your mailbox number and press
Your mailbox number is usually the same as your extension.
2 Enter your mailbox password and press
