Replying to messages

You can reply to internal and external callers. You can reply to a message from an external caller if
your company subscribes to CLID.

Replying to an internal caller

If you want to
reply to the caller's extension
leave a message in the caller's
mailbox
To reply to an internal caller
1 Dial the CallPilot Messaging access number, then enter your mailbox number and press
2 Enter your mailbox password and press

A mailbox summary is announced.
While you are in your message list, you can play any message.

Press to play the current message.
