Installation of DepList on an SSC system through software
installation
The DepList should be installed during the software
installation if it is present in the PC Card/Pre-Programmed
daughter board.

Note: Once the installation is complete and the
system reboots, the PEPs that are installed will
be automatically put into service. This can be
seen by issuing the ISSP command in LD 22.
