1 Perform a data dump to save the customer database to the hard drive and
floppy disk. Insert a blank floppy into the Core/Net 0 MMDU.
a. Load the Equipment Data Dump Program (LD 43). At the prompt,
enter:

b. When "EDD000" appears on the terminal, enter:

Loss of Data
If the data dump is not successful, do not continue;
contact your technical support organization. A data
dump problem must be corrected before proceeding.
