Power interposer board
This is a service technician replaceable part only.
Removing the power interposer board
Prerequisites
1. Follow the safety guidelines listed in
2. Follow the procedure listed in

Remove the
sled.
4.
Remove the side
cover.
5.
Remove the riser
1C.
6. Disconnect the cables that are connected to the to power interposer board (PIB) from the system board.
NOTE:
Observe the routing of the cable as you remove it from the system.
Steps
1. Using a Phillips 2 screwdriver, remove the screws that secure the PIB to the system.
