When the communication conditions in the hardware section between the indoor unit and the
condensing unit are not normal.

 Defective connection of inside / condensing relay wires

Service Diagnosis
Be sure to turn off the power switch before connecting or disconnecting
Caution

Turn OFF the power supply
once and then turn it ON
again.
