Troubleshooting
Service Diagnosis
Be sure to turn off the power switch before connecting or disconnecting
Caution connectors, or parts may be damaged.
Is power supply
208~230V provided?

Indoor
unit is a model
equipped with a swing
flap function

swing motor

works when the power
supply is turned OFF
and then
restart.

turning the
swing-flap ON
and then stopping
with the remote
controller, the voltage of
X6A of the indoor unit PCB
is 208~230V when turned
ON again (within 30
seconds of
turning ON
again).

cable has no continuity.

airflow direction

is disconnected from the
swing motor, operation
