Removal
1.
Remove the High Capacity Feeder Rear Cover (RRP 2-2).
2.
Disconnect P/J217 from the High Capacity Feeder Board.
3.
Hold on to the rear of the Feed Motor while you remove the two screws
securing the Motor Bracket to the frame (Figure 1).
4.
Slide the Feed Motor out of the High Capacity Feeder Drive Belt and remove
the Motor from the frame.
Replacement
1.
Position the Feed Motor so the wire harness is on the left side of the Motor
(Figure 1).
2.
Reinstall the Motor and slip the Drive Belt over the Feed Motor Gear.
3.
Align the Motor Bracket with the frame positioning tabs.
4.
Use two screws to secure the Motor Bracket to the frame, but do not tighten
fully.
5.
Tighten the Drive Belt tension by pushing the Motor Bracket in the direction of
the arrow (see illustration) and fully tightening the two screws securing the
Bracket to the frame (Figure 2).
6.
Reconnect P/J217 to the High Capacity Feeder Board.
7.
Reinstall the Rear Cover (RRP 2-2).
