6.2 Removing Cartridges when an Error Occurs
Remarks:
If the robot moves while the internal mechanism of the hand
mechanism is extended from the hand, it may hit cartridges stored in
the cell or the drive. After removing cartridges, be sure to put the
internal mechanism inside the hand mechanism.
