Working with Windows 95
This section describes how to customize the OmniBook for use with Windows
95 including the following:
Using a CD-ROM drive with ATA-type PC cards.
Automatically detecting a CD.
Running an MS-DOS program outside Windows 95.
Using an external display with MS-DOS.

To use PC CardBus cards

PC CardBus is supported only under Windows 95B OEM Service Release 2.
While the OmniBook supports PC CardBus cards, you may encounter problems
using a PC CardBus card with other PC cards. The following problems may occur:
If you insert a PC CardBus card when a PC card is already in the system, the
OmniBook may lock up.
If you restart Windows 95 with both a PC CardBus card and another PC card
installed, the OmniBook may lock up.
To correct either of these problems, use one card at a time--either the PC CardBus
card or any other type PC card.
–or–
Insert the PC CardBus card before any other PC card and remember to remove the
PC CardBus card before rebooting.
