    NOTE: The TSS-770 and TSS-1070 are functionally similar. For simplicity within this documentation, the term "touch screen" is used except where otherwise noted. Crestron offers the following variations for its standard touch screen models. Certain settings described in this document are not applicable to these models.

    TSS-770 Features Crestron® TSS-770 series touch screens are designed to enhance and simplify room scheduling across an enterprise. The TSS-770 installs near a meeting room or huddle space to provide a clear indication of its availability and scheduling and integrates seamlessly with a variety of popular scheduling services.
  • Page 7 Crestron Room Scheduling App The native Crestron Scheduling app helps to maximize productivity and manage usage for meeting spaces. If desired, the room can be reserved on the spot for an ad hoc meeting. A CEN-ODT-C-POE occupancy sensor (sold separately) can also be paired to the touch screen, allowing for occupancy status to be reported instantly to the scheduling app for no-shows and unscheduled room usage.
  • Page 8 The built-in Bluetooth® proximity detection beacon works with the Crestron Go App and Crestron App to determine when a mobile device is in or near the same room as the beacon, and signals the mobile app to automatically display the appropriate controls and information for the room.
  • Page 9 TSW-770/1070-RMB-1 andTSW-770/1070-RMB-2 retrofit mounting brackets allow for retrofit installations in place of an older Crestron touch screen (APAD, CT-1000, LC-1000, TPS-4L, or TPS-2000L) without having to tear out the old mounting hardware or patch the wall.

    Configure the Touch Screen When power is applied for the first time, the touch screen boots with the Crestron room scheduling application selected by default. The touch screen may take up to two minutes to boot. Device settings for the touch screen may be configured using the built-in setup screens or the web configuration interface.

    To access the web configuration interface using the touch screen IP address: 1. Ensure that the touch screen is connected to the network. 2. Use the Device Discovery tool in Crestron Toolbox™ software to discover the touch screen and its IP address on the network.

    The first time the web configuration interface is accessed, a page is displayed asking the user to create an admin account.
