H2 Stationary GrainGage User's Guide
8. Tap the Cycle button
Mirus displays the moisture, voltage, bucket weight, and temperature of the sample.
If desired, tap on the gear icon
Note: Only adjust these settings if a HarvestMaster Field Service Engineer tells you to.
9. Cycle the same sample through the GrainGage (repeat steps 7 and 8) two more times. This allows
Mirus to average the moisture readings for each sample.
10. Repeat steps 7–9 for all prepared samples. Each grain sample should be cycled 3–5 times.
11. Calculate the moisture percentage offsets.
The adjustment is the difference between the benchtop sensor's moisture measurement and the
GrainGage's moisture measurement.
For example, Sample One has the following moisture measurements:
• Benchtop sensor: 18%
• GrainGage: 16.8%
The adjustment would be 18% − 16.8% = +1.2%
