Mirus uses three categories of user messages, distinguishable by the icon and color used with the
message.

H2 Stationary GrainGage Diagnostics and Alerts
Description
An error message describes a problem that prevents the user
or GrainGage from completing a task . The problem could cause
erroneous measurements, data corruption, data loss, or some other
system malfunction .
A warning message provides cautionary information .
A confirmation message provides status information about the
changing nature of an activity . These messages provide information
to explain that the GrainGage is operating as expected .
Messages requiring action appear in a dialog box. Click
the button to acknowledge the message or to choose
an option. The images below display examples of these
messages.
