Tip
On the EK15, the parameters related to transmission and transducer depth are controlled
in the
Normal Operation
Each EK15 transceiver with its transducer and (single) frequency is referred to as a
frequency channel.
The upper part of the
channels which either are, or have been, installed on the EK15. For each channel on the
list, a
label is provided.
Status
The following status values are available in the
•
: The frequency channel is already in use, probably by another echo sounder on
Busy
the same network. You can not connect to this channel.
•
: This frequency channel is connected to your EK15 system.
Installed
•
: This frequency channel can not be used.
Lost
•
: This frequency channel is vacant and ready for use.
Available
Note
It is very important that you set up the EK15 to operate with the correct transducer(s).
