Printing a Document in Memory

Before printing a document, make sure you have the correct BJ cartridge installed.
Colour BJ cartridge
Black BJ cartridge
Photo BJ cartridge
Follow this procedure to print a document stored in memory:

Press Function.

Press Memory Reference.

Use d or u to select PRINT DOCUMENT.

Press Set.

Use d or u to select the transaction
number (TX/RX NO.) of the document you
want to print.
• The marks before the transaction number
(TX/RX NO.) mean the following:
– (No mark): Black & white document
– A: Colour document
– #: Black & white document being sent
– &: Colour document being sent
• If you are unsure of the transaction number
(TX/RX NO.), print the DOC. MEMORY LIST.
(1 p. 7-16)
• Use l or r to display details of the
transaction (destination, for example).
