follows the individual object attenuator setting.

whether the Global attenuator is on or off.

specified). Use 21 for the FAV Scan List. Use 22 for the
SKYWARN Scan List.

Turns Priority Scan On or Off. Priority Scan can also be
toggled by pressing FUNC PRI while scanning.
