4.15 Sewing

WARNING
Risk of injury from the needle if sewing is
started unintentionally!
Do not press the pedal when you fingers are in
the area of the needle tip.

Initial position:
• Pedal in position 0.
 Machine is at a standstill, needle is up and presser foot
down.
Positioning the sewing material:
1. Press the pedal halfway back (position -1):
 Presser foot is lifted.
2. Position the sewing material.
Sewing:
1. Press the pedal forwards (position 1) and keep it there:
 Machine sews.
Sewing speed is increased the further pedal is pressed
(2 -12).
