8.8 Lifting the sewing feet

The sewing feet (1) can be lifted by an electric motor by actuating
the foot pedal (3).
Steps
1. Depress the pedal backwards half-way.
2. The sewing feet lift.
or
1. Fully depress the pedal backwards.
2. Activates the thread trim and lifts sewing feet.

WARNING
Risk of crushing by the sewing feet
Do not reach under lifted sewing feet.
